Windows 10 Drops Off Network

Every time I attempted to access my Windows 10 laptop using Remote Desktop Connection from another computer over WiFi, my Windows 10 laptop would drop off the network and the Remote Desktop Connection would fail.  It took me a while to realize that my Windows 10 computer was not connected to the network when I logged off, which is kind of what connecting via Remote Desktop Connection does before it connects.  To solve this problem, I went to my Windows 10 computer and logged off.  Then, while logged off, I connected to my WiFi network by clicking on the network icon in the lower right of the logon screen.  Once I did that, my Windows 10 laptop remained connected to the WiFi network while Remote Desktop Connection established a session.

The code execution cannot proceed because AppVlsvSubsystems64.dll was not found

After resetting Windows 10 and reinstalling Office 2016, I received the following error when trying to open Outlook:

The code execution cannot proceed because AppVlsvSubsystems64.dll was not found

I found the solution in a post by michaelcmv on August 21, 2017, on page 2 of a Microsoft Community thread.  It comes down to going to C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ and copying the contents of the ClickToRun[SOME_GUID] to the empty ClickToRun directory.

Microsoft Store problems after installing Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 1709

After upgrading Windows 10 to version 1709, I could no longer open the Microsoft Store and the default apps.  I tried several different suggestions, mostly dealing with reinstalling the the apps via PowerShell, but they did not work.  I also tried running WSReset, but I kept getting the following error:

ms-windows-store:PurgeCaches
The app didn't start

Eventually, I reset Windows 10 and had to reinstall all of my applications.  Even after that, I still could not open the Microsoft Store.

Finally, I found a Reddit post that provided a solution that worked for me.  I had to give ownership of the C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\ directory to my user account and let that replicate to child objects.  Then I gave my user account and the "ALL APPLICATION PACKAGES" account Full Control and let that replicate to child objects as well.
